Description

You’re losing sales every single day. Here’s proof.

The average WooCommerce store loses 70% of its shoppers before they ever hit the buy button. They add products, start checkout, and then — nothing. No order. No idea why. Just a cart full of products sitting there going nowhere.

Most store owners have no clue this is happening at the scale it is. They check their orders, see what came in, and never see what almost came in. That’s the money that walks out the door quietly.

Abandoned Cart Tracker for WooCommerce changes that. It watches every cart, records every step, and shows you exactly where people stopped — so you can do something about it.

See the whole picture, not just what converted

The moment a shopper adds something to their cart, the plugin starts paying attention. It captures:

Where they dropped off — Did they bail on the cart page before even starting checkout? Did they fill in their contact info and stop at shipping? Did they get all the way to the payment screen and still leave? You’ll know exactly which step is costing you the most.

What they left behind — Every cart is saved as a snapshot: product names, quantities, prices, and cart total. When someone abandons a $200 order, you’ll see that $200 sitting in your dashboard.

Who they are — Guest or logged-in customer, their email address (captured the moment they type it into the checkout form), and their account history if they have one.

Where they came from — UTM source, medium, campaign, and referrer data is captured automatically. Find out whether your Facebook ads or your Google traffic abandons more, and adjust your spend accordingly.

What they were using — Desktop, mobile, or tablet. Browser and operating system. If your mobile checkout is broken, this will tell you.

A dashboard that actually tells you something

The built-in dashboard puts everything in front of you at a glance:

The drop-off chart shows which checkout step loses the most people — presented as a bar chart so you can see the problem instantly. If 80% of your abandonment happens on the payment page, that’s where you focus.

The lost revenue counter shows the real dollar amount sitting in abandoned carts. Not a percentage. Not an estimate. The actual total of what people left behind.

The device breakdown shows whether desktop or mobile shoppers are abandoning more — which often points directly to a UX or load speed issue on one specific device type.

The traffic source panel shows which marketing channels send shoppers who actually buy versus shoppers who browse and leave. Stop spending money on channels that don’t convert.

Recover carts automatically with Pro email sequences

The free version tracks everything. Pro adds automated recovery.

When a cart is abandoned, Pro sends up to three perfectly-timed emails:

  • Email 1 fires within the first hour — a gentle nudge while the products are still fresh in their mind
  • Email 2 goes out 24 hours later — a direct reminder with the full cart contents shown
  • Email 3 lands at 72 hours — your last shot, typically the place to include a small discount or free shipping offer to close the deal

You control the exact timing of each email and the from name and address. When a cart converts after a recovery email, the plugin automatically marks it as recovered so you can track exactly how much revenue the sequence brought back.

Built for real WooCommerce stores

This isn’t a bloated plugin that tries to do everything. It does cart tracking and recovery — and it does them well.

  • Works with both Classic WooCommerce checkout and the newer Block-based checkout
  • Compatible with WooCommerce HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)
  • No third-party accounts required, no monthly SaaS fees
  • UTM data persists in a first-party cookie so you don’t lose attribution across sessions
  • Configurable abandonment threshold — set it to 30 minutes, 1 hour, or anything that fits your store
  • Auto-deletes old records after a set number of days to stay GDPR-friendly
  • Installs in under two minutes, works out of the box

Common questions

Does it work if someone doesn’t enter their email?
Yes and no. The plugin tracks the cart and all step data regardless. Email recovery only works for people who’ve typed their email into the checkout form or who are logged in — but you still get all the behavioral data for anonymous visitors.

Will it slow down my store?
No. The tracking is done asynchronously via lightweight AJAX calls. Your pages load normally and the data is captured in the background.

Does it work with my theme?
Yes. It hooks into standard WooCommerce actions and doesn’t depend on any specific theme markup.

What’s the difference between free and Pro?
The free version gives you full tracking: cart snapshots, checkout step data, device info, UTM data, and the full dashboard. Pro adds the automated 3-email recovery sequences.

Is it compatible with WooCommerce Blocks checkout?
Yes. The plugin fully supports the Block-based checkout experience as well as Classic checkout.

How long is cart data stored?
You control this in the plugin settings. The default is 90 days. Older records are purged automatically to keep your database lean.

Stop flying blind. Start recovering revenue.

Every day you don’t have this running is another day of abandoned carts you’ll never see — and never get back. Install it, give it a week, and you’ll have a clearer picture of your checkout performance than you’ve ever had.
